Hi! We’re Carrlee & Chris, Florida Keys natives who fell in love by many twists. While our love grew so did our passion for yoga and sharing the healing arts with our community. We both found yoga in different ways, but stuck with it because of the peace and calm that came by the end of a class. Over the years we have expanded our knowledge and offerings, along with growing our family and becoming deeply rooted in our island home.
